Getting started

A CClinic visit takes about 20–30 minutes. You can pause anytime — your progress saves automatically.

Step 1 · Intake

You’ll answer a short medical-history questionnaire: identity, the reason for today’s visit, conditions, medications, allergies, family history, social history. You can upload prior records (PDFs or photos of paper documents) and connect a Withings device so your readings flow in automatically.

Step 2 · Equipment check

We’ll do a quick check of your camera, microphone, and (if connected) your home blood-pressure cuff and scale. This takes about 60 seconds. We’ll let you know if your environment is too quiet, too loud, or too dark before the visit starts.

Step 3 · The visit

Your AI doctor will talk with you, listen, examine you over video, and explain their reasoning out loud. You can interrupt or ask questions anytime — it works like talking to a real clinician. The visit has six stages: welcome, history, exam, assessment, plan, and close.

Step 4 · After the visit

Within a few minutes you’ll get:

  • A clinical note written for your next clinician.
  • A plain-language summary written for you.
  • A follow-up plan with reminders.
  • If your visit needs an in-person follow-up, a doctor-prep packet with questions and options.
  • If your visit involved uploaded records, a navigator second-opinion.

All of these are saved to your dashboard — look up your visit anytime with your encounter ID and date of birth.

Important: CClinic is not for emergencies. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of a stroke, severe bleeding, or a suicidal crisis, call 911 (US) or your local emergency number.
