Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the service. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not share your information for targeted advertising.

This includes what you enter when you create an account, contact us, or use the product, such as your name, organization, email address, and the content you submit. If you complete an intake, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, date of birth, contact details, and health history. If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message. If you record audio during a visit, the recording is stored securely so your clinician can review it.

When you visit, our systems receive basic technical information such as your browser type, device type, pages visited, and IP address. We use this to deliver the site, keep it secure, and fix problems.

We use only cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in and protecting your session. We do not use advertising, cross-site tracking, or session-recording tools.

We measure site traffic with Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Because we use no non-essential cookies, we do not show a cookie consent banner. If that changes, we will ask for your consent before using them.

If you start an intake, your answers are kept in your browser only for that visit so you do not lose your place. They are cleared when you submit, and when you close the tab.

We use a small number of providers to run the service. They process information on our behalf and only for that purpose:

• Vercel, for hosting and content delivery
• Vercel Web Analytics, for cookieless traffic measurement
• Supabase, for our database, file storage, and sign-in
• Sentry, for error monitoring, configured without session recording and without collecting personal information
• Anthropic, for AI processing of content you submit, under commercial terms that do not allow your content to be used to train its models
• ElevenLabs, for reading responses aloud. Your voice is not sent to ElevenLabs.
• Withings and Omron, only if you choose to connect a health device, to receive your device readings

We use information to provide and improve the service, respond to you, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not use it for advertising.

We share information only with the service providers above, when required by law, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. In a merger or sale, we would notify you first.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, and opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. We do neither.

To make a request, email info@celesium.ai. We will respond within 45 days.

If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. We will answer your appeal within 60 days. If you are a Texas resident and are unsatisfied with the result of your appeal, you may contact the Texas Attorney General.

We honor Global Privacy Control signals from your browser as an opt-out request.

We are based in the United States, and information is processed and stored here. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR. These include the right to object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. We rely on our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, and on contract where you have an account with us.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. We protect it with encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you of a breach as the law requires.

CClinic may involve health or medical billing information you choose to provide. We use it only to deliver the service you asked for. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. AI processing is performed on your behalf only, and your information is not retained for any other purpose. We are not your healthcare provider or health plan.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and post the new version here.
